1. What TeacherSheba is

TeacherSheba is an online marketplace. It helps guardians find tutors and helps tutors find tuition jobs in Bangladesh. We are not the employer of any tutor, and we do not guarantee any tuition, result or payment between a guardian and a tutor.

2. Your account

Give true and current details when you sign up. Keep your password and one-time codes private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Do not create several accounts to avoid a block or to appear more than once.

3. Guardians and students

Searching tutors, posting tuition jobs and contacting tutors is free for guardians and students. Please post only real requests and answer tutors politely.

4. Tutors and the listing fee

Creating a tutor profile is free. To appear in public search and on tutor lists, a tutor pays the listing fee shown on the plans page for the period chosen. Payments are sent by bKash or Nagad and are checked by our team before the listing goes live. Refund questions can be sent through the support page.

When a tuition is agreed through the site, the service fee terms shown in the app apply.

5. Verification

We may ask for an ID, degree, certificate or photo to verify a profile. Our team checks these by hand. We may refuse, remove or hide a profile that does not pass our checks or that gives false information.

6. Acceptable use

Do not post false, misleading or illegal content. Do not harass anyone, impersonate another person, copy someone else's profile or photo, or use the site to sell unrelated products or services. Do not try to break, overload or scrape the site.

7. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. You allow us to show it on the site and in search results so the service works. You confirm you have the right to post it.

8. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we can, we tell you why. You may stop using the site at any time and ask us to close your account.

9. Liability

The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for the conduct of guardians, students or tutors, or for the outcome of any tuition.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
